The approach

Thorough by design, documented in-house.

At InspectUP, every general home inspection follows an organized, repeatable process built to be as thorough as humanly possible. Reports are completed in-house — not outsourced — which minimizes the chance of a finding being forgotten or left undocumented.

The result is data you can trust: a clear, photo-rich picture of your future home's condition, so you can negotiate your offer from a position of knowledge instead of hope.

Every inspection records

  • Who attended the inspection
  • Whether the home is occupied
  • The direction the home faces
  • Outdoor temperature that day
  • Type of building inspected
  • Weather conditions on-site
Scope of inspection

Every system, examined.

Select any system to see exactly what your inspector evaluates. Nothing gets skimmed — this is the full checklist behind your report.

    Why it matters

A few hours now saves you thousands later.

    Protect your investment

We check every major component for the serious, expensive problems that hide under the surface — before your money is on the line.

    See behind the walls

Included infrared imaging reveals hidden moisture, missing insulation, and heat loss a standard visual inspection would never catch.

    Negotiate with proof

A clear, photo-documented report gives you and your agent hard evidence to renegotiate the price or request repairs.

    What's really at stake

The costliest problems are the ones you can't see.

A house can show beautifully and still hide serious trouble in the systems that matter most. A failing furnace, an aging roof, outdated wiring, or a cracked foundation can each run $8,000 to $25,000 to put right — and by the time the symptoms show, the home is already yours.

A full inspection puts every major system under a trained eye before you're committed, documented with photos you can act on. For a few hundred dollars up front, you learn exactly what you're buying — and gain the leverage to renegotiate, request repairs, or walk away.
